Increase of HOA was outrageous in this economy not to mention that no improvement was made in our subdivision. As for board members in our subdivision, they do not communicate with neighborhood neither me nor my neighbors know who they are and who they represent. Their actions do not reflect what most of the neighborhood wants. Board members never introduced themself to a neighborhood or they expect we have to know them. Truth is I do not attend meetings, but do not see a point, so far, your management did not do anything to improve our subdivision, expect cutting a grass because you have to due to county ordinances.
I agree with the comment above. They raised their fee when all we see is cut the grass during summer. In the 6th yr of being in this subd., I still have to see any improvement. But they’re good in policing homeowners of what should be and what’s not. When my turn comes, I will call these people to let them know my complaints and ask them where they use the almost $300 we pay them.
